For products in stock, we will ship within 7 business days after your order is placed.
Inventory levels may fluctuate. Should an item become unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you of the expected restock date and discuss the shipping schedule with you.

製品に重大な破損（割れ・欠け・ヒビなど）がある場合を除き、返品および交換はお受けいたしかねます。
当製品はひとつずつ手作業で制作している磁器作品のため、焼成時の釉薬の流れ、色味の差、鉄粉（黒点）、ピンホール、形状や表情の個体差が生じる場合がございますが、これらは製造工程上自然に生じるものであり、不良品ではございません。
返品対象となる場合は、商品到着後 7日以内にご連絡ください。
事前のご連絡なしに返品いただいた場合は、対応いたしかねます。

We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product has significant damage (such as cracks, chips, or breaks).
Each piece of this porcelain collection is individually crafted by hand. As a result, variations may occur during firing, such as glaze flow, color differences, iron spots (black dots), pinholes, and differences in shape and expression. These are natural occurrences inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We are unable to process returns that are sent back without prior notification.
