当製品はひとつずつ手作業で制作している磁器作品のため、釉薬の表情や色味の揺らぎ、鉄粉（黒点）、ピンホール、また形や雰囲気の違いなど、個体ごとに異なる風合いが現れます。
これらは制作上の特性としてご理解の上、ご注文くださいますようお願いいたします。
万が一破損がございましたら、商品到着から 7日以内に、製品の状態が分かるお写真とあわせてご連絡ください。
確認後、返金または交換方法をご案内いたします。

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the damage or incorrect delivery is attributable to our store.
Each piece of this porcelain collection is individually crafted by hand. Consequently, variations in glaze texture and color, iron spots (black dots), pinholes, and differences in shape and overall character will be present in each unique piece.
Please understand these as inherent characteristics of the production process and place your order accordingly.
In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photos showing the condition of the item.
After verification, we will provide instructions for your refund or exchange.
